LANGUAGE : Thai usage part 2

for the combined vowels(sa ra pa som) like ...

- อัวะ : ua ..short sound (mixed from u (อุ) + ah(อะ) ) --- no ending
- อัว : ua ...longsound ( mixed from uu (อู) + aa(อา) ) when it has ending ..it will become to "อว(ending)"
see! the 9 over อ is lost
Ex. กวน (guan) , นวน (nuan) , สวม (suam)

- เอือะ : uea ..shortsound ( mixed from ue shortsound (อึ) + ah(อะ) ) --- no ending
- เอือ : uea ..longsound ( mixed from ue longsound (อื) + aa(อา) ) the endings are puting behind the last อ
Ex. เบือน ( buean) , เคือง (kueang), เชือด (shuead)

- เอียะ : iea ..shortsound (mixed from i (อิ) + ah(อะ) ) ---no ending
- เอีย : iea ... longsound (mixed from ie(อี) + aa(อา) ) the endings are puting behind ย
Ex. เสียม ( sieam) , เรียก ( rieag) , เบียด (biead)

....these are combined vowels...



and there're some thai vowel that Special ...they have the ending itself ..

like...

- อำ : am ( mixed from ah( อะ )+ M( ม) ) this vowel has the ending itself is..M .... so it has no another ending more than "Mor ma: ม "
Ex. จำ ( jam) , รำ ( ram ), คำ ( kham )

** but but but but!!!! ...this vowel can be write in the other form is ..." อัม " like when you put the Ending "M" ม on the wowel "Ah" อะ ..so the อะ will turn to " อั(ม)" ..for this ...it depends on the words , some words use อำ but some words use อัม
Ex... กัม ( kham) , ยัม (yam), ธัม ( tham)...


- ไอ / ใอ : ay ( aa(อา) + y (ย) ) there're two forms of ay ( for Thinglish can use ai instead if you want )
1. is ไอ ...it's called ..Ay "mai ma lai" ไอ ไม้มลาย like ไป(pai) ไท(tai) ไห(hai)
2. is ใอ ...called ay"mai muan" ใอ ไม้ม้วน
there's something to remember how to use these two forms of ay in this verse ..

useage for ใอ ay"mai muan" ...there're only 20 words that us ใอ

ผู้ใหญ่ หาผ้าใหม่ ให้สะใภ้ ใช้คล้องคอ (pooyai hapamai haisapai chai klong ko )
ใฝ่ใจ เอาใส่ห่อ มิหลงใหล ใครขอดู (fai jai awsaiho mi longlai krai ko du)
จะใคร่ ลงเรือใบ แลน้ำใส และปลาปู (jakrai long rueabai lae namsai lae pla pu )
สิ่งใด อยู้ในตู้ มิใช่อยู่ ใต้ต่างเตียง (sing dai yu nai tu mi chai yu tai tang tiang )
บ้าใบ้ ถือใยบัว หูตามัว มาใกล้เคียง (babai tue yai bua hu ta mua ma glai kiang)
เล่าท่อง อย่าละเลี่ยง ยี่สิบม้วน จำจงดี (lao thong ya la liang yi sib muan jam jong dee)

these 20 words that use ay mai muan are
ใหญ่ yai : big ..(pooyai means adult)
ใหม่ mai : new
ให้ hai : to give
สะใภ้ sapai : daughter in law
ใช้ chai : to use
ใฝ่ fai : aim, expect, hope for, desire
ใจ jai : heart
ใส่ sai : put
หลงใหล long lai : crazy for, fascinating
ใคร krai : who
ใคร่ krai : want,sensuality
ใบ bai : the thing that flated shape( ..like the leaf called ..baimai)
ใส sai : clear , limpid
ใด dai : which (one), what (reason); any (-body, -one, -thing)
ใน nai : in
ใช่ chai : yes
ใต้ tai : under
ใบ้ bai : dumb, people wo can't speak or hear
ใย yai : senew, fiber, thread
ใกล้ glai : near

out off these words ..are all use ไอ
** and for some words in Thai ..are using ไอ+ ย ...like ไทย ไอย ไสย... etc. but not so much.

- เอา : aw ( mixed from aa (อา) + w (ว) ) hmm.. can be write as "ao" or "aw"
like ...เรา(rao) เต่า(tao) เมา(mao)
